Volunteers Opportunities: A great role for parents who want to help but cannot commit weekly:

Snack Bar Helper- Work shifts in the concession stand selling snacks and drinks. Positions outlined are cashier, food prep, and grilling. Responsibilities may include setup, restocking and cleanup.

These roles work directly with players, teams, and families:

Manager (Head Coach) – Leads the team, runs practices, manages games, and communicates with parents.

Assistant Coach – Help the manager during practices and games.

Team Parent / Team Coordinator – Handles team communication, organizes snacks, schedules, and team events.

Umpire – Officiates games and ensures rules are followed fairly.

How to Sign Up to Volunteer

Follow these important steps to complete your volunteer registration:

1. Log in to CCLL.ORG

   • Click MY ACCOUNT. You may need to register first.

   • You are properly logged in if your name and email appear in the top left corner of the page.

2. Access Volunteer Options

   • In the sidebar, click the VOLUNTEER button.

   • Click FIND VOLUNTEER ROLES.

3. Select a Volunteer Role

   • Browse the available roles and click SELECT on the tile for the role you want.

4. Register a User

   • Click SIGN UP A REGISTERED USER and choose the individual from the selection list.

5. Submit Required Information

   • Click CONTINUE and provide the following:
     a. Contact Information – Review and update as needed (mandatory).
     b. Government Issued ID – Upload a clear picture (mandatory).
     c. Training Certifications and State Required Clearance – Upload if available (optional).
     d. Criminal Charges Survey – Complete as required (mandatory).

6. Review and Accept Disclaimer

   • Click VIEW/ACCEPT, read the disclaimer, check the box, enter the volunteer’s first and last name, and click I ACCEPT.

7. Complete Registration

   • Click CONTINUE to finalize the registration.

   • You will return to MY ACCOUNT > VOLUNTEER, where a tile for the completed registration will be displayed.

   • From here, you can view, edit, or delete the registration.

   • A confirmation email will also be sent to your registered email address.
