Please be sure to review the refund requirements below.  If you are eligible for a refund lease complete the Refund Request Form. 
Canyon Country Little League Baseball Refund Policy

At Canyon Country Little League Baseball, we understand that circumstances may arise that require you to withdraw your child from our program. To ensure clarity and fairness, we have established the following refund policy:

1. Full Refunds:

- A full refund will be issued if the request is made prior to Team Assignment 
- The request must be submitted in to Refund Request Form

2. Partial Refunds:

- Partial refunds may be considered if the request is made after Team Assignment but before the first game.
- The amount of the partial refund will be determined based on expenses incurred, such as uniforms, equipment, and administrative           costs.
- The request must be submitted to  Refund Request Form.

3. No Refunds:
- No refunds will be issued after the first game, except in extenuating circumstances (e.g., injury or family emergency).
    these requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and require Board Approval. 
- The request must be submitted  to Refund Request Form and must include documentation of the extenuating circumstances.
- The amount of the partial refund will be determined based on expenses incurred, such as uniforms, equipment, and administrative 
    cost.

4. Processing Time:
- All refund requests will be processed within two weeks of receipt.
- Refunds will be issued via original method of payment.

5. Non-Refundable Fees:
- Certain fees, such as late registration fees, and uniform costs, are non-refundable.

6. Special Circumstances:
- In the event that the season is canceled or significantly altered due to unforeseen circumstances
   (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics), the league will communicate any special refund policies that may apply.
